Playing pastel shades apartment

This comfortable apartment is located in an exclusive area of Lviv city. The customers have selected a kind of design in pastel shades, which would distract the mind from the hustle and bustle of the city and would create a real fireside comfort. The task of high priority at the planning stage was to create a separate space for each member of the family and a general place, where everybody could spend time together and talk. A bio fireplace is an interesting element with two sofas placed round it. A bright accent of the whole apartment is a painting by Olena Onufriv, which has ideally fitted in a living room. A pastel array also helps to level radial forms of the rooms.

The chairs with textile inserts and portraits painted on them invite attention — it was the customer’s idea. Some of them even resemble Arsen Kostyshyn, the main designer of the project).

A bedroom of the apartment is a center of convenience and comfort. A big comfortable bed, soft car-pets and a big number of wooden elements. From the bedroom it is possible to reach a lavatory, where the first thing that catches an eye is a round shower-bath and an illuminated picture with a sea depicted on it.The kids’ rooms are bright and original. Here there are many colour accents, though the basis remains restrained.

Actually,all the pieces of furniture were custom-made, which makes the apartment even more original and absolutely meets the primary intention of its authors. This is a good example of the mutual understa-nding of the customers and a team of designers.
